





Bush Tomato Salsa
70ml white vinegar
pinch of salt
15 grams of crushed bush tomatoes
7 ripe tomatoes, crushed
1 onion, diced
3 spring onions, diced
3 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of olive oil
In a saucepan heat vinegar, salt and sugar until it has disolved. Add the bush tomatoes and simmer for10 minutes. Chilli can also be added for extra bite if required. Combine tomatoes, onion, garlic and spring onions in a bowl. Add ingredients from the saucepan and combine. Add olive oil before serving.
